Pat Rowley with his Multiplex Mentor is one of our
few members training with an electric model. The Multiplex Mentor is one of
the best electric trainers available and can come as an almost complete kit! |

Hazel Pearson joined the LMFC at the same
time as her son Will in 2007 but spent most of last year just being
Will's ground crew! Now Will has progressed and gone solo Hazel say's "THE GIRLS CAN DO IT
TOO!". So Phil is now busy on the buddy lead teaching Hazel and hopefully
in time we may have our first solo lady in the LMFC. |

Paul (Proper-Job) Marson joined the LMFC
in September 2008 learning to fly with a Rising Star 40 trainer but after a
slight incident he decided to get himself a very nice Chris Foss WOT trainer and as
he says himself "IT DOES A RIGHT PROPER JOB " To the right is Paul with his electric
JP X-ite, or for some Zaggi, which he can train with even
when its windy. This is Paul's first electric plane and he intends it not to be
his last! It is powered by a Hacker A20-6XL running on a 3 cell Li-Po of
about 2400mAh.. |

Andrew Mordew is one of our newer trainees, he
is being taught to fly with his Seagull Models Arising Star which is powered
by an SC 46. He is progressing well, mainly because of the amount of indoor
flying he does. His wife Julie is also doing very well with her indoor plane
and hopefully will soon be learning to fly outdoors too. |
